I have been teaching harmonium classes for the last 3 years and teach in a simple but profound way, not only showing you how to play the instrument but also passing on the knowledge of Bhakti Yoga that I have gained over the last years through a daily chanting practice, sharing Kirtan circles and through living in ashrams. I look forward to share with you! The classes can be taught in person if we are in the same place. To be able to share this practice wherever you are, I also offer live online classes, tutorials and a beginners and level 1 harmonium tutorial course. Our lessons together carry the intention of enabling you to tune into all of the aspects of yourself to allow music and spirit to flow through you.
Whether you are a complete beginner to playing the harmonium or you wish to expand and fine tune your harmonium and mantra chanting practice, I am happy to meet you at your ability level and interest and we start expanding from there. I offer to teach you a diverse collection of familiar chant melodies or am happy to teach you how to play the mantras brought by your request before the class.
Whichever study and memorisation technique is easiest for you, we will find out together and I will share an easy-to-learn notation system so you can continue practicing at home after the lesson.
At different times of this year I am located in Germany (Frankfurt area), Mexico City and will be happy to meet you in person.

Live Online Lessons
Take a harmonium lesson online with the comfort and convenience of your home or wherever you are. During these lessons we will chant, play and practice together, one on one. The lessons are customised to your unique interests and needs as a student and are shared via Skype or Zoom.
To give you a general idea of what to expect, we ideally will learn to play between 2 and 3 mantras in one session. I offer to teach you a diverse collection of familiar chant melodies or am happy to teach you how to play the mantras brought by your request before the class.
No matter if you are a beginner or experienced student, the lessons are a wonderful way to tune into your voice, find encouragement and lots of inspiration in the practice. If you have never touched the instrument before, I am happy to make you familiar with the harmonium and we will set you up to comfortably begin your journey into the practice of Mantra Chanting.
Obviously you will need to have access to a harmonium for the class. If you are interested in buying one, please get in touch for recommendations.

- For Beginners: Join the Beginners Harmonium Course, which is designed to teach you how to play different mantras, step by step and slowly increasing the difficulty level of how to play. This option offers the ability to play the tutorial videos as many times as you wish and optionally includes a personal call to check in for any questions you might have. Access to the tutorials is granted for 6 month upon purchase.
- NEW: The Level 1 Harmonium Course is available now. This course is ideal for those who have previous practice in playing the harmonium and those who have taken the Beginners Course. Learn new mantras and deepen your practice now!
- Every month I release a new tutorial accessible as a replay as often as you wish as part of the Harmonium Lovers Tier in my online community THE BHAKTI FAMILY. These tutorials have previously not been shared in any private class and once joining the Bhakti Family you gain access to all previously published tutorials.
- For students who are just looking to learn how to play a specific mantra and already have previous experience in playing the harmonium, here comes your solution. Request your Tutorial Video of the specific version of the mantra that you always wanted to learn. Let me help you figure out how to play it, share an audio sample or link of the mantra with me and receive your tutorial back within a week.
CANCELATION POLICY
- Cancelation Policy for In-Person or Live Online Harmonium Lessons: At the time of reserving the precise date and time for the class, the full payment has to be made. If you wish to change the arranged date, this can only be done until 2 days before the class. This means, if we arrange to have the class on Friday, you can change the date and hour until Wednesday without any costs and we can find a new time that works for both. There will be no refund for cancellations or time rearrangements with less than 2 days notice.
- Cancelation Policy for Online Tutorials and the Online Beginners Harmonium Course: Once the course or individual tutorial has been purchased, there will be no refund. To receive full access, you will have to have a YouTube account (free and simple to register if you don not have one yet). The access to the videos is limited to 6 months. If you requested an individual tutorial, it may take up to one week to receive the it.
