"Don't think too much, just do what makes you happy."
Dear Friend!
Nepal is calling. It is calling you to come as you are, bring everything that you are, and let yourself be welcomed as family.
It is calling you ‘home’ to find a renewed version of self.
A long desired dream comes true! With this retreat offering, we invite you to feel your heart expanding in freedom and peace as we connect with the people and nature of Nepal and a conscious family that is gathering.
In the land of Hinduism & Buddhism, let us explore awakening to the oneness in all and learn to live in compassion with nature, plant and animal kingdom, the people and ourselves.
During a 10 day retreat together, the view of the peaks of the Annapurna range, with its majesty and firmness, reminds us of our own strength and purity. We honour and invite for reconnection with nature, freedom, simplicity.
Together we immerse in spiritual practices to explore what, among many healing modalities, can serve you at this moment in your life.
This includes different forms of Meditation, chanting of mantra (as many of you might imagine), traditional Hatha Yoga guided by Jagadambika, Yoga on Beats guided by Raphiontour, journaling, Contact Beyond Contact Dance (CBC), soundbowl-healing, nature bathing and a day hike, a Thai Massage workshop and studies on Hinduism, Buddhism, Nepal and the bhakti tradition. As we are in Nepal during the days of Dashain/Navaratri, with joy we will celebrate these festive days through chanting and other devotional practices.
There is enough free time to mind wander, be present, be by yourself and connect with the group and our Nepali guest family.
For our last night, we will leave our guest house and sleep in a more remote homely place, allowing the sun to awaken us and the beauty of the mountains to fill our mind and heart with gratitude.
Are you ready?
Listen to your heart speak. If it says yes, take our hand
We await you in love,
Raphiontour & Jagadambika

WHO IS OFFERING THE RETREAT?
Jagadambika Alisa lives and shares the traditional paths of Yoga, its practice and philosophy in programs worldwide and holds space for the online community: The Bhakti Family which supports individuals on their recognition of their divine nature.
Having found many answers to her longing for a deeper meaning, ever since her first teacher training in the Sivananda Ashram in Neyyar Dam (Kerala - India) in 2014, she explores Self discovery and shares with love and full attention. Inspired by her personal practice, Jagadambika shares Kirtan (Mantra Music, Invocation, Música Medicina) wherever she goes. In this practice she uses the voice as an instrument to free oneself from any limiting condition and detach from a personified identity. Through teaching how to play the harmonium worldwide, she has encouraged many to share the power of Bhakti Yoga, the path of love and devotion, in their local communities and homes . Over the last years Jagadambika lived close to her teacher in ashrams in different locations including the Bahamas, Colombia and New York. She is now based in Mexico City. Alone, at the age of 24, Jagadambika traveled to Nepal. She fell in love with one of the kindest, calmest and most welcoming population of this planet. Amazed by Nepals pure and stunning nature, the call couldn't be clearer to return to Pokhara with YOU and Raphiontour! |
Raphael Raphiontour developed a strong fascination about Nepal in his youth already (ask his Mom;)) and finally decided to live in the former Hindu kingdom in 2008/2009. Since then, he returned to Nepal for some months every year, found his second home in the land of Hinduism & Buddhism, hills & mountain, bhais & didis, rice & curry, nepali family & international friends - such that in the meantime a part of his soul has a permanent home there.
Raphiontour did his traditional Yoga teacher training in Pokhara. Being requested by his inspirational teacher to think further and to find his own way of teaching Yoga, he started experimenting with music and teaches Yoga on Beats nowadays. Let your practice be guided by music in different styles, all helping you to find the flow we all love in the Yoga practice This year, while being in Nepal, he visited and heartpicked all our retreat locations and special events offered in the program, Further, Raphiontour is engaged to show local communities his solidarity by running a voluntary NGO with German friends and supporters. Let us be guided by him on this journey into Nepali culture! |
